5.2 Withdrawals. Players may withdraw Real Money Funds (subject to applicable bonus wagering requirements being satisfied) at any time. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. bc88 does not charge processing fees on withdrawals; however, the Player's financial institution may apply its own fees.

5.4 Fund Ownership. Players may only deposit and withdraw using payment methods registered in their own legal name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited. bc88 will reject or reverse transactions where fund ownership cannot be confirmed.

5.5 AML Compliance. bc88 operates in compliance with the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act and its implementing rules. Unusual or suspicious transaction patterns will be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law. bc88 reserves the right to suspend Accounts and withhold funds pending AML investigation.

bc88 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing Players. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published with each individual promotion:

2. Only one bonus may be active in a Player's Account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the applicable promotion.

All Games offered on bc88 are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live studio equipment (in the case of live dealer games), subject to regular independent testing and auditing in accordance with PAGCOR requirements.

bc88 shall not be liable for losses arising from: (a) technical failure or interruption of the Player's internet connection; (b) malfunction of the Player's device; or (c) any error in the Player's input of wager information, subject always to bc88's error resolution procedures. The following activities are strictly prohibited on bc88 and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the relevant Philippine authorities:

2. bc88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with a Player's use of bc88, even if bc88 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
3. bc88 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform and shall not be liable for losses arising from Platform outages, maintenance periods, or disruptions beyond bc88's reasonable control.
4. bc88 is not responsible for any tax liabilities a Player may incur as a result of winnings. Players are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes on gaming winnings as required by Philippine law.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any dispute between a Player and bc88 shall first be submitted to bc88's internal dispute resolution process. Players must submit complaints in writing to [email protected] within thirty (30) days of the event giving rise to the complaint. bc88 will respond to complaints within ten (10) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through bc88's internal process, Players may escalate the matter to PAGCOR as the regulatory authority overseeing bc88's operations. PAGCOR's decisions on regulatory matters shall be final and binding.

Nothing in this clause shall limit a Player's rights under applicable Philippine consumer protection legislation.
