If bc88 becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, we will take immediate steps to delete that data, close the associated Account, and report the incident to PAGCOR as required by our licensing obligations.

bc88's primary gaming infrastructure and data storage are operated in the Philippines.
